中药土鳖虫多糖的超声提取研究

摘要 多糖是一种重要的功能型化合物,一些研究发现在许多中药中都含有多糖类化合物。为更好地研究中药中的多糖类化合物,本研究通过超声方法对土鳖虫中的多糖进行了提取研究。通过单因素及正交实验法对提取工艺条件进行了优化。通过我们的研究发现土鳖虫多糖的提取率最高可达到36.4%,此时的实验条件是超声时间为10 min、料液比为1:50 g/mL,甲醇浓度为50%。希望本研究能够给中药土鳖虫多糖的实际提取研究提供借鉴。 Polysaccharide is an important functional compound,some studies have found that many traditional Chinese medicines contain polysaccharide compounds.In order to study the polysaccharide compounds in traditional Chinese medicine,the polysaccharide in eupolyphaga sinensis was extracted by ultrasonic method.The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal design.It was found that the extraction rate of polysaccharide from eupolyphaga sinensis was up to 36.4%,and the experimental conditions were as follows:ultrasonic time was 10 min,ratio of material to liquid was 1:50 g/mL,methanol concentration was 50%.It was hoped that this study can provide reference for the actual extraction of polysaccharide from eupolyphaga sinensis.
