原子吸收法测定土壤中铜、锌、铅、镍、铬的不确定度评定

摘要 建立微波消解/原子吸收法测定土壤中铜、锌、铅、镍、铬的不确定度评定方法,分析测定过程中的主要影响因素,评定测定过程中引入不确定度的来源,按照《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059—1999)的规定进行合成,最终给出土壤中铜、铅、锌、镍、铬测定结果的扩展不确定度分别为2.6 mg/kg、8.9 mg/kg、9.4 mg/kg、9.1 mg/kg和15.4 mg/kg,样品消解和曲线拟合过程是测量结果不确定度的主要来源。 A method was established for evaluating uncertainty for the determination of copper,zinc,lead,nickel and chromium in soil by AAS with microwave digestion.The sources of uncertainty and main influential factors of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed and synthesized according to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 10591999),and the final expanded uncertainty was given.The expanded uncertainty of Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni and Cr in soil was 2.6 mg/kg,8.9 mg/kg,9.4 mg/kg,9.1 mg/kg and 15.4 mg/kg.The sample digestion and curve fitting process were the main sources of uncertainty of the determination results.
