猪粪污厌氧沼液资源化处理工艺设计研究

摘要 猪粪污废水具有高COD_(Cr)、高氨氮的特点,研究采用“隔油气浮+厌氧+混凝沉淀+陶瓷膜超滤+DTRO反渗透”的组合工艺处理某生猪养殖场猪粪污。设计处理规模为120 m^(3)/d,工程建设运行结果表明该工艺对废水中的污染物去除效果良好。COD_(Cr)、SS、氨氮的去除率分别为99.6%,99.8%,97.6%。膜系统出水清液能够达到《农田灌溉水质标准》中的水质标准回灌农田,膜系统浓液营养物质含量较高,可进一步回收利用。 Piggery wastewater has the characteristics of high COD_(Cr) and high ammonia nitrogen.A combined process of“oil-gas flotation+anaerobic+coagulation and sedimentation+ceramic membrane ultrafiltration+DTRO reverse osmosis”was used to treat piggery wastewater.The designed treatment scale was 120 m^(3)/d,and the results of stable operation of the process showed that the process had good removal effect on pollutants in wastewater.The removal rates of COD_(Cr),SS and ammonia nitrogen were 99.6%,99.8%and 97.6%,respectively.Water quality index of reverse osmosis effluent can reach the standard of Water Quality Standard for Farmland Irrigation,and it can irrigate farmland.The concentrated liquid of reverse osmosis effluent has higher nutrient content and can be further recycled.
