上海某典型混合用地土壤污染状况调查研究

Investigation of Soil Pollution Status of A Typical Mixed-use Plot in Shanghai

以上海市某典型混合用地为研究对象,开展土壤污染状况调查研究。结果表明,地块历史上主要为混合用地,涉及农用地、宅基地、河道、液化气供应站、工业用地和施工营地等,采用专业判断法在地块内的潜在污染区布设土壤和地下水等监测点位,检测结果表明调查地块土壤环境质量满足GB36600-2018第一类用地要求,后续无需开展详细调查和健康风险评估工作。通过对本地块土壤污染状况调查的研究,为其他类似混合用地的场地调查的开展提供了一定的经验借鉴。

A typical mixed-use land in Shanghai was taken as a research object to carry out the investigation of soil pollution status. The results showed that it was a main mixed-use plot in history, involving agricultural land, homestead, river, liquefied gas supply station, industrial land and construction camp, etc. The monitoring points such as soil and underground water were arranged in the potential pollution areas within the plot by professional judgment method. The results showed that the soil environmental quality of the surveyed plot met the requirements of Class I land in GB36600-2018, and there was no need to carry out detailed investigation and health risk assessment. Through the investigation of soil pollution in this plot, some experience were provided for the investigation soil pollution status of other similar mixed-use plot.
