摘要
内浮盘作为常压储罐重要的节能降耗设备,在化工企业轻质油品储罐中普遍使用。由于浮盘直接与油面接触,罐内介质液相无挥发空间,安装内浮顶的储罐与拱顶罐相比可减少90%的油品蒸发损耗。但内浮盘的结构特点,其抗拉强度、抗冲击强度较低,在使用过程中损坏率较高。内浮盘的破损是内浮顶储罐故障检修的重要原因之一,通过对内浮顶常压储罐浮盘损坏的原因进行分析,采取相应的预防措施,可以一定程度上减少储罐的维修,延长储罐的使用寿命。
As an important energy-saving and consumption-reducing equipment for atmospheric storage tanks, internal floating plates are widely used in light oil storage tanks in chemical enterprises. Since the floating plate is in direct contact with the oil surface, the liquid phase of the medium in the tank has no volatile space, and the tank with the inner floating roof can reduce the oil evaporation loss by 90% compared with the dome roof tank. However, due to the structural characteristics of the inner floating disc, its tensile strength and impact strength are low, and its damage rate is high during use. The damage of the inner floating roof tank is one of the important reasons for the failure maintenance of the inner floating roof tank. By analyzing the causes of the damage of the floating roof of the inner floating roof atmospheric pressure tank and taking corresponding preventive measures, the maintenance of the tank can be reduced to a certain extent and the service life of the tank can be extended.
