连接器装配工序对铝合金化学镀镍产品的影响

摘要 利用化学镀对铝合金进行施镀,使其外壳综合性能大幅提升,对连接器外壳进行标刻和翻铆。结果表明,标刻工艺中能量较高时会导致铝合金连接器化学镀镍外壳出现耐蚀性变差的风险,标刻后应立即进行涂覆保护剂处理;同时,因翻铆工艺中的翻铆力度存在不一致性,翻铆后零件边缘耐蚀性差和开裂风险,翻铆后应立即检查,存在开裂现象的需报废,无开裂现象的及时涂覆保护剂,保障镀层综合性能。 Using electroless plating on aluminum alloy, can improue the comprehensive performance of its shell. The connector shell was marked and riveted. The results showed that high energy in marking process will lead to the risk of deterioration of corrosion resistance of electroless nickel plating shell of aluminum alloy connector, and protective agent should be applied immediately after marking. At the same time, because of the riveting process in the riveting strength was inconsistent, parts edge corrosion resistance was poor and cracking risk after the riveting, it should be immediately checked after the riveting, it needed to scrap if it showed a phenomenon of cracking, it there was no phenomenon of cracking, it shozlld apply protective agent in time to ensure the comprehensive performance of the coating.
