摘要
煤焦油加氢是选择合适的条件、对煤焦油进行加氢处理,除去原料油中的硫、氮、氧、金属等杂原子,并通过断键断链反应,生产出氢碳比较高、分子量较小的汽油、柴油组分和液化气等产品,提高煤焦油产品附加值。文章以固定床加氢工艺为例,选择专一性强、活性高、稳定性好加氢催化剂,通过控制反应温度、反应压力对中低温煤焦油加氢技术工业化应用进行简述。
The hydrogenation of coal tar is to choose the right conditions for the hydrogenation, remove the sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, metal and other heteroatoms in the raw oil, and produce high hydrogen carbon, small molecular weight gasoline, diesel oil and liquefied gas and other products by breaking the bond and chain reaction, so as to improve the added value of coal tar products. Taking the fixed bed hydrogenation process as an example, the hydrogenation catalyst with strong specificity, high activity and good stability was selected, and the industry application of coal tar hydrogenation was briefly described by controlling the reaction temperature and pressure.
