基于绿色化学理念的《应用化学综合实验》教学改革

摘要 绿色化学是人类和环境协调发展的化学,符合习近平生态文明建设的理念。基于此理念,提出全新应用化学专业实验:通过两步法合成“绿色溶剂”单阳离子液体[BMIM]NTf_(2)、双阳离子液体[C_(5)(MIM)_(2)][NTf_(2)]_(2)和[C_(6)(MIM)_(2)][NTf_(2)]_(2),通过核磁分析表征结构;探究单阳与双阳离子液体物化性质:电导率、黏度及电化学稳定性间的差异。结果表明,单阳离子液体的电导率较高,而双阳离子液体的黏度及电化学稳定性更高。该实验为推动绿色化学发展,建设美丽中国培养“绿色”创新型人才。 Green chemistry is the chemistry of coordinated development between human and environment,which is in line with Xi Jinping’s concept of ecological civilization construction.The comprehensive experiment of Applied Chemistry proposed a new experiment content:synthesis of“green solvent”ionic liquid[BMIM]NTf_(2),dicationic ionic liquids[C_(5)(MIM)_(2)][NTf_(2)]_(2) and[C_(6)(MIM)_(2)][NTf_(2)]through a two-step method,and the structure was characterized by NMR.The difference between the physicochemical properties of ionic liquids and dicationic ionic liquids was explored conductivity,viscosity and electrochemical stability.The results showed that the conductivity of ionic liquid was higher,while the viscosity and electrochemical stability of dicationic ionic liquids were higher.The“green”innovative talents was fostered for promoting green development and building a beautiful China.
