摘要
借助CDIO理念,以“案例型药物”的生产项目作为教学载体,从教学框架的构思、人才培养模式的设计、培养和验收方案的实施及具体教学流程的运行方式等方面进行了初步探索。初步探索得到了基于CDIO工程教育人才培养理念的应用型“卓越制药工程师”人才的培养方式,为当前制药工程类专业结合工程实践教育的发展提供了前期实践基础。
With the help of the philosophy of CDIO and taking the production project of “case-based drug” as the teaching carrier, the conception of teaching framework, the design of talent cultivation mode, the implementation of cultivation and acceptance program and the operation of specific teaching process were explored. The application-oriented talent training mode of “Outstanding Pharmaceutical Engineers” based on CDIO concept was preliminarily explored, which provided a preliminary practical basis for the development of current pharmaceutical engineering education combined with engineering practice.
