摘要
为了解麦后复种绿肥减施化肥对后茬作物小麦土壤微生物丰度和温室气体排放的影响,采用室内静态土壤培养的方法,监测翻压毛叶苕子对小麦土壤微生物多样性及温室气体排放的影响。结果表明:翻压毛叶苕子能提高土壤微生物多样性,促进了土壤CO_(2)、N_(2)O的排放,部分抑制CH4的排放。麦后复种绿肥虽引起了GWP的增加,但也使小麦产量有较大的提高,保证田间产量的前提下翻压绿肥配施70%化肥GWP贡献最低,是本试验中促进小麦增产和实现温室气体减排双赢的最佳施肥措施。
To understand the effects of post-wheat green manure replanting and fertiliser reduction on soil microbial abundance and greenhouse gas emissions from post-crop wheat,the effects of tillage of C.truncatula on soil microbial diversity and greenhouse gas emissions from wheat were monitored using an indoor static soil culture method.The results showed that tilling of C.diff increased soil microbial diversity,promoted soil CO_(2)and N_(2)O emissions and partially suppressed CH4emissions.Although the post-wheat replanting of green manure caused an increase in GWP,it also led to a greater increase in wheat yield,and the lowest GWP contribution was made by tilling green manure with 70%chemical fertiliser,which was the best fertiliser application measure to promote wheat yield and achieve greenhouse gas emission reduction in this trial.
