摘要
为了探究青海常见柳属植物干旱胁迫下的抗旱性,本研究以乌柳、山生柳、金丝柳、旱柳为研究对象,通过不同水分胁迫下,检测植物叶片的光合荧光参数,使用隶属函数法综合评价4个柳属植物的抗旱能力。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫的加剧,4种柳属植物均出现相对含水量降低的趋势,而山生柳的变化更为明显;4个柳属植物叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率以及气孔导度均出现下降,其中乌柳的降幅最小,胞间CO_(2)浓度随干旱胁迫的加剧呈现两种变化趋势,山生柳和旱柳随着土壤含水量的逐渐降低叶片胞间CO_(2)浓度逐渐升高,而乌柳和金丝柳的叶片胞间CO_(2)浓度则呈现出先低后高的变化趋势;在干旱胁迫处理条件下,四种柳属植物荧光参数中Fo均呈现不同程度的增加,而Fm和Fv/Fm则逐渐降低,其中山生柳和旱柳的Fo增幅较大,Fm和Fv/Fm的下降幅度较大。通过计算4个柳属植物叶片相对含水量、叶片光合参数、荧光参数的隶属函数值得出四种植物抗旱性排序:乌柳>金丝柳>旱柳>山生柳。
In order to investigate the drought resistance of common willow plants in Qinghai under drought stress,the present study took the willow of Wu,the willow of Taohe,the willow of Chinese yellow flowers,and the willow of linear leaves as the research objects,and the photosynthetic fluorescence parameters of the plant leaves were examined under different water stresses,and the drought resistance of the four willows was evaluated comprehensively using the affiliation function method.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the leaves of the four willow species all decreased due to the intensification of drought stress,and the intercellular CO_(2)concentration showed two kinds of trends with the intensification of drought stress,and the intercellular CO_(2)concentration of the leaves of the Taohe willow and the wireleaf willow gradually increased with the gradual decrease of soil water content,while the intercellular CO_(2)concentration of the willow gradually increased with the gradual decrease of soil water content.Under the drought stress treatment,the fluorescence parameters of all four willow species showed different degrees of increase in Fo,while Fm and Fv/Fm decreased gradually,among which the increase in Fo was larger in Taohe willow and wireleaf willow,and the decrease in Fm and Fv/Fm was larger.By calculating the affiliation functions of relative leaf water content,leaf photosynthetic parameters and fluorescence parameters of four willow species,the drought resistance of the four species was ranked as follows:Willow>Chinese yellow-flowered willow>Wire-leaved willow>Taohe willow.
