摘要 麦弗逊悬架是乘用车最为常见的悬架形式,一般应用在A级至C级车型的前悬架。由于麦弗逊悬架所需布置空间小,成本低,舒适性相对非独立悬架显著提高,在轻型商用车领域也逐渐开始普及。麦弗逊悬架作为独立悬架的典型结构形式,由于摆臂、减振器、螺旋弹簧、稳定杆、转向拉杆、驱动轴等运动件高度集中,其运动空间校核尤其重要。本文结合项目开发实例,介绍麦弗逊悬架DMU运动空间校核模型搭建、校核结果输出方法,可供项目开发人员及工程技术人员参考。 McPherson suspension is the most common form of suspension for passenger cars,and is generally used in the front suspension of A-class to C-class models.Due to the small space required for the McPherson suspension,the low cost,and the significantly improved comfort compared to the non-independent suspension,it has gradually become popular in the field of light commercial vehicles.As a typical structural form of independent suspension,MacPherson suspension is particularly important to check its movement space due to the high concentration of moving parts such as swing arm,shock absorber,coil spring,stabilizer bar,steering rod,and drive shaft.Based on the project development example,this paper introduces the construction of the McPherson suspension DMU motion space check model and the output method of the check result,which can be used for reference by project developers and engineering technicians.
