摘要 本文以一款现有无边框车门的结构进行重新设计,保留车门外板的外形和内板,用CATIA进行设计,根据压铸特征对车门进行重新设计。根据车门强度刚度要求选用上海交通大学合金中心彭立明教授研发专利免热处理材料作为压铸材料[1]。根据CATIA的逆向扫描提取出车门曲面,重新设计后将数模导入HyperWorks对模型进行处理并划分网格,用HyperWorks自带的Optistruct求解器对车门的刚度、和模态分析进行求解,结果表明该车与传统的冲压车门相比门力学性能得到了极大的提高。 In this paper,the structure of an existing bezel-less door was redesigned.The exterior of the door panel and the inner panel were retained.The door was designed with CATIA and redesigned according to the die-casting characteristics.According to the strength and stiffness requirements of the door,the patented heat-free material developed by Professor Peng Liming from Alloy Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is selected as the die-casting material[1].According to the reverse scanning of CATIA,the door surface was extracted,and after redesign,the digital model was imported into HyperWorks for processing and grid division.The Optistruct solver of HW was used to solve the stiffness and modal analysis of the door.The results show that the mechanical properties of the door have been greatly improved compared with traditional stamped doors.
