摘要
船舶所用柴油发动机排气温度与发动机性能息息相关,一旦发生故障船员及货物将被困于河流或海上,导致货物延期,因此研究排气温度和发动机故障率的关系,准确的测定排气温度对减少发动机的故障率有重要意义。本文基于发动机排气温度测量的基本要求,针对某型号船用柴油机进行实验,同时分析了多种排气温度的测量方法,最终择优选择热电偶测温。通过分析测试结果确认热电偶测温的准确性,为得到影响发动机温度的因素提供了方法。
Exhaust temperature of diesel engine used by ships is closely related to engine performance.Once failure occurs,the crew and cargo will be trapped in the river or sea,resulting in delayed cargo.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between exhaust temperature and engine failure rate and accurately measure exhaust temperature to reduce engine failure rate.Based on the basic requirements of engine exhaust temperature measurement,this paper conducts experiments for a certain type of Marine diesel engine,analyzes a variety of exhaust temperature measurement methods,and finally chooses thermocouple temperature measurement.By analyzing the test results,the accuracy of thermocouple temperature measurement is confirmed,which provides a method for getting the factors affecting the engine temperature.
