挖掘机托链轮支座设计探究

摘要 托链轮的夹轴式安装是挖掘机行业内的主流安装方式,但其安装所需夹紧力以及螺栓规格的选择更多的依靠经验。本文通过对挖掘机托链轮各工况下的受力进行分析,推导出托链轮安装所需夹紧力的计算公式。结合支座的有限元分析,确定了螺栓预紧力的下限值;并反推出所需螺栓直径的下限值。将此方法应用于某13吨机型的设计中,经2000小时可靠性试验无问题;为此类夹轴式托链轮夹紧力的确定及安装螺栓规格的选择提供了理论依据。 The shaft clamping installation of carrier roller is the mainstream installation method in the excavator industry,but the selection of the clamping force required for its installation and the bolt specification depends more on experience.In this article,the calculation formula of the clamping force required for the installation of the carrier roller is derived by analyzing the forces on the carrier roller of the excavator under various working conditions.Combined with the finite element analysis of the support,the lower limit of the bolt preload is determined.Then the lower limit of the bolt diameter can be inversely deduced.This method has been applied to the design of a 13 ton model,and it has no problem after 2000 hours of reliability test.It provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the clamping force and the selection of the mounting bolt specifications of this kind of clamping shaft carrier roller.
