摘要
针对城市出现的车满为患局面,为满足城市对停车库的需求,设计和试制一个立体自动停车库。着重研究如何利用空间层叠原理,在占用相同土地面积的情况下,能够提供尽可能多的停车位。停车库采用矩形立体框架结构,车库中间是运车机构,主要负责将载车板连着车辆运送到相应的楼层,再由停车机构的电磁铁吸引载车板,利用增速带传动机构将载车板带入停车位,完成车辆出库入库。
In order to meet the city’s demand for parking garages,design and manufacture a three-dimensional automatic garage to meet the urban demand for parking garage in view of the overcrowded situation.Emphasis is laid on how to use the principle of spatial cascade to provide as many parking spaces as possible in the case of occupying the same land area.The parking garage adopts rectangular three-dimensional frame structure,the middle of which is the carriage mechanism.It is mainly responsible for conveying the carriage board to the corresponding floor,and then attracting the carriage board by the electromagnet of the parking mechanism.The carriage board is brought into the parking space by the speed-increasing belt transmission mechanism,and the vehicle is discharged from the garage to the garage.
