摘要
目的探讨不同样本类型同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)检验结果是否具有可比性和一致性。方法选取本院2021年12月至2022年2月期间检测Hcy的201例患者为研究组,选取同期的50例健康体检者为对照组,采集每名受试者同一时间的新鲜血清、肝素锂血浆、乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K_(2))血浆及枸橼酸钠血浆样本。比较每名患者同一时间不同类型血液样本Hcy检验结果是否存在显著性差异,及与健康体检者的差异,并判断其一致性。结果与对照组相比,各组患者的血清、血浆中的Hcy检验结果均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EDTA-K_(2)血浆样本的Hcy水平高于血清、肝素锂血浆和枸橼酸钠血浆样本的Hcy水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝素锂血浆和枸橼酸钠血浆样本的Hcy水平与血清样本的Hcy水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清、肝素锂血浆、EDTA-K_(2)血浆及枸橼酸钠血浆样本的Hcy检验结果均在可接受误差范围内,不同样本类型的Hcy检测结果比对分析一致性良好。结论血清样本、不同抗凝剂血浆样本同一时间检验均可得到检测一致性结果,在确保Hcy准确性的前提下,可减少患者采血量,降低检验工作量。
Objective To explore the comparability and consistency of homocysteine(Hcy)test results among different sample types.Methods A total of 201 patients for Hcy test admitted at our hospital during the period of December,2021 and February,2022 were selected for the study,while fifty healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Fresh serum,heparin lithium plasma,EDTA-K_(2) plasma and sodium citrate plasma samples were collected from each subject at the same time.The Hcy test results of different types of blood samples of each patient at the same time were compared to investigate whether there were differences with those of healthy people,and the consistency was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the Hcy test results in serum and plasma of all groups were increased(P<0.05).The Hcy concentration of EDTA-K_(2) plasma samples was higher than that of serum,heparin lithium plasma and sodium citrate plasma samples(P<0.05).Compared with the Hcy concentration of serum samples,there was no significant difference in the Hcy concentration of heparin lithium plasma and sodium citrate plasma(P>0.05).The Hcy results of serum,heparin lithium plasma,EDTA-K_(2) plasma and sodium citrate plasma samples were all within the acceptable error range.The comparative analysis of Hcy results of different sample types were preferable consistency.Conclusion The results of Hcy test is consistent among serum and plasma samples of different anticoagulants,suggesting that the use of different blood could reduce the blood collection volume of patients and the test workloads.Furthermore,the accuracy of Hcy can also be ensured.
