DF_(4D)型货运内燃机车电阻制动装置顶百叶窗漏雨原因分析与改进措施 被引量:1

摘要 从电阻制动装置顶百叶窗结构出发,结合现场DF_(4D)型货运内燃机车实际运用状况,经分析认为,造成DF_(4D)型货运内燃机车电阻制动装置顶百叶窗漏雨的原因主要有:排水槽被异物堵塞、排水槽与护板间隙变小、排水槽宽度不足、叶片卡死、叶片过位、叶片变形、接水槽宽度不足等。针对以上原因,采取保证叶片安装状态良好、做好新品叶片的入库复检复验、对叶片端部的接水槽打孔改造、增加排水槽宽度、扩大排水槽末端对应护板间隙、顶百叶窗承重梁喷涂绿色漆等措施,解决百叶窗漏雨问题。 Based on the structure of resistance brake device top shutters and the actual application quality condition of DF_(4D)freight diesel locomotive,the analysis concluded that the main causes of leakage rain from the resistance brake device top shutters of DF_(4D)freight diesel locomotive are as follows:the drain groove is blocked by foreign matter,the gap between drain groove and guard plate becomes smaller,the width of drain groove is insufficient,the blades are stuck,the blades are over-positioned,the blades are deformed,the width of water receiving groove is insufficient,etc.In view of these reasons,some measures are taken,such as ensuring the blades are installed in good condition,rechecking new blades before storage,drilling and reforming the water receiving groove at the end of blades,increasing the width of drain groove,expanding the gap between the corresponding guard plates at the end of drain groove,spraying green paint on the load-bearing beam of the shutter to solve the problem of leakage rain from the top shutters.
