摘要
提出一种和磁阻式旋转变压器同样用途的磁阻式自整角机。介绍了磁阻式自整角机的原理和设计原则,主要分析了齿槽数选择和绕组形式选择的原则。简单分析了影响电气误差的主要因素,以及电气误差与转子形状的关系。研制了磁阻式自整角机极对数p=5的实际样机,测试了电气误差和其它基本参数,并与同尺寸、同极对数的磁阻式旋转变压器作比较,两者性能基本相似,磁阻式自整角机在设计和工艺上更具优势。分析了与磁阻式旋转变压器相比的优势。
A variable reluctance synchro was proposed which has the same performance as variable reluctance resolver.The principle and the design rules of variable reluctance synchro were presented,the selection principle of the tooth-slot number and winding distribution was mainly analyzed.The main factors affecting the electrical error and the relationship between the electrical error and the rotor shape were briefly analyzed.The prototype of the variable reluctance synchro with the pole number of 5 was developed.The electrical error and other basic parameters were tested.Compared with the variable reluctance resolver with the same size and the same pole number,the variable reluctance synchro has similar performance but has more advantages in design and technology.
