Development and Application of Prefabricated Decorative Concrete Wallboard

预制装饰混凝土外挂墙板作为装饰混凝土与预制墙板相结合的新型混凝土制品,符合建筑绿色发展的理念。从原材料选择、装饰混凝土配合比设计及着色等方面研究预制装饰混凝土外挂墙板构造及生产技术,分析装饰混凝土配合比及颜料对装饰混凝土性能的影响;阐述清水面混凝土墙板和露骨料混凝土墙板主要生产工艺,探索出适合预制构件生产的装饰混凝土技术。

Prefabricated decorative concrete wallboard is a new type of concrete products combined with decorative concrete and prefabricated wallboard. Its appearance conforms to the concept of green development of buildings. Research on the construction and production technology of prefabricated decorative concrete exterior wallboard in terms of raw material selection, decorative concrete mix ratio design and colouring. The influence of decorative concrete mix ratio and pigments on the performance of decorative concrete are analyzed, and the main production processes of cleatwater concrete wallboard and exposed aggregate concrete wallboard is elaborated to explore the decorative concrete technology suitable for the production of precast components.
