摘要
陕西奥体中心体育馆由训练馆和比赛馆组成,屋盖体系采用连体式大跨度空间网格钢结构,单层网壳和双层网壳结构混合使用,结构形式复杂,施工难度大。根据该项目的结构特点和施工重难点,从钢结构深化设计、构件加工、现场安装、施工力学仿真分析等方面总结施工关键技术。通过对屋盖安装进行方案对比分析,确定了计算机控制同步顶升扩展拼装施工工艺,并对顶升支架进行了创新性的改进。上述关键技术的综合运用,缩短了项目施工工期,降低了施工成本,保证了结构的施工安全。
Shaanxi Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium is composed of a training gym and a competition gym. The roof system adopts a conjoined large-span spatial grid steel structure, and the single-layer reticulated shell and double-layer reticulated shell are mixed. The structural form is complex and the construction is difficult. According to the structural characteristics and construction difficulties of the project, the key construction techniques were summarised in terms of steel structure deepening design, component processing, site installation and construction mechanics simulation analysis. Through the comparative analysis of the roof installation, the computer-controlled synchronous jacking extended assembly construction method was determined, and innovative improvements were made to the jacking brackets. The comprehensive application of the above key technologies shortened the project construction period, reduced construction costs and ensured the construction safety of the structure.
