数字化贯入法在砌筑砂浆抗压强度检测中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 传统贯入法检测砌筑砂浆抗压强度存在数据采集复杂、数据后处理耗时耗力的问题。研发数字化贯入深度测量表和数字化砂浆抗压强度数据处理软件,并将其应用于试件检测和历史建筑现场检测中,与传统贯入法检测结果进行对比,分析其检测精度和效率。研究结果表明,数字化贯入法可自动采集、存储、传输、处理多构件检测数据,并生成砂浆抗压强度贯入检测原始记录表,检测结果可靠、速度快,数据处理自动化水平高。 The traditional penetration resistance method for testing the compressive strength of the masonry mortar exists the problems such as the complex data collection and the time-consuming data post-processing. The digital penetration depth measurement instrument and the matching digital compressive strength data-processing software were carried out and applied to the lab test and the field test of historical buildings. Compared with the results of the traditional penetration resistance method, the test accuracy and efficiency of the digital penetration resistance method were analyzed. The research results show that the digital penetration resistance method can collect, store, transmit and process the test data of multiple components automatically, and can generate the original test record of the mortar compressive strength. The digital penetration resistance method has the advantages of reliable test results, fast test speed and high intelligent level of data post-processing.
