基于改进型延时观测器的电热炉温度复合控制方法 被引量:1

摘要 电热炉温控系统自身具有大时滞和大惯性的特点,常规控制方法难以实现炉温预期的控制效果。针对此问题,提出一种基于改进型延时观测器的电热炉温度复合控制方法,将扰动观测器与延时观测器相结合,在消除系统集总扰动的同时,估计出时滞前的状态变量,简化滑模控制器的设计,提高系统的抗干扰能力,消除时滞危害。将所提控制方法与GPC控制、基于Smith预估器的模糊自适应PID控制进行仿真对比,结果表明:所提控制方案的响应速度更快,超调量几乎为零,抗干扰能力更强,鲁棒性更好。 The electric furnace temperature control system has the characteristics of large time delay and large inertia,using traditional control methods is difficult to achieve expected control effect of the furnace temperature.To address this problem,a composite control method for electric furnace temperature was proposed based on improved time-delay observer,in which a disturbance observer was combined with a time-delay observer to estimate the state variables before the time delay,then the aggregate disturbance of the system set was eliminated,the design of the sliding mode controller was simplified,the anti-disturbance capability of the system was improved and the time delay hazard was eliminated.The proposed control method was compared with GPC and Smith estimator-based fuzzy adaptive PID control through simulation.The results show that the proposed control scheme has a faster response,almost zero overshoot,better anti-disturbance capability and better robustness.
