基于REDCap系统实现即时反馈报告的方法

摘要 目的通过REDCap系统创建研究者自定义反馈模板,实现医学研究中研究对象调查结果的即时反馈。方法基于REDCap内嵌的Custom Template Engine功能模块,构建研究者自定义反馈模板并在实际临床研究中予以应用。结果通过REDCap系统创建研究个性化即时反馈报告,将调查中研究对象各项指标结果进行汇总并展示,保障研究对象知情权,提升随访研究效率。结论依托REDCap系统外部模块构建研究者自定义即时反馈模板,可实现数据收集过程中即时的信息反馈,契合临床研究、大型队列研究随访需求。将电子数据采集系统的功能与传统随访研究相结合,可成为开展高质量的医学研究的创新工具。 Objective To create user-defined feedback templates through the REDCap system to achieve instant feedback on research subjects′survey results in medical research.Methods Based on the Custom Template Engine function module embedded in the REDCap system,we constructed investigator-defined feedback templates and applied them in real clinical studies.Results The REDCap system was used to create personalized instant feedback reports to summarize and display the results of the study subjects′indicators in the survey,and to enhance the efficiency of the follow-up study by guaranteeing the subjects′right to know through pre-defined settings.Conclusion Based on the external module of the REDCap system to build an investigator-defined immediate feedback template can realize immediate information feedback during data collection,which fits the needs of clinical studies and follow-up of large cohort studies.Combining the functions of the electronic data collection system with traditional follow-up studies can become an innovative tool for conducting high-quality medical research.
