摘要
目的比较口内扫描法和传统硅橡胶法印模技术在种植单冠修复中取得咬合高度的精度差异。方法选取2019年3月至2021年12月因下颌第一恒磨牙缺失进行种植单冠修复的患者共58例作为研究对象,根据制取印模的方法不同,随机分为两组,口内扫描组(29例)和传统硅橡胶组(29例)。对比取模时间及戴牙时间,以及利用扫描得到并拟合调合前后的修复体数据,对修复体咬合面调磨量进行比较,并作统计学分析。结果口内扫描组在取模及戴牙时间上均比传统硅橡胶组效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在修复体咬合面调磨量上,口内扫描组在各个点位均不多于传统硅橡胶组,平均调合量少于传统硅橡胶组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在种植后牙单冠修复中,与传统硅橡胶印模相比,应用口内扫描取得的数字化印模在咬合高度的制取上准确性更高,有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy difference of occlusal height between the digital impression and the traditional silicone rubber impression in the single crown restoration after implantation.Methods From March,2019 to December,2021,a total of 58 patients with mandibular first permanent molar loss who underwent the crown restoration after single dental implantation were selected for the study.According to different impression making methods,these patients were randomly divided into two groups:intraoral scanning group(29 cases)and traditional silicone rubber group(29 cases).The time point of making impression and installing crown between the two methods were compared.The data before and after the grinding occlusal surface were obtained by scanning and fitting,and the grinding amount of the occlusal surface of the prosthesis was compared and statistically analyzed.Results The intraoral scanning group was more efficient than the traditional silicone rubber group in making impressions and installing crowns(P<0.05).In terms of grinding amount of occlusal surface of prosthesis,the intraoral scanning group was no different than the traditional silicone rubber group at each point on the occlusal surface,and the average grinding amount was less than the traditional silicone rubber group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional silicone rubber impression,the digital impression obtained by intraoral scanning is more accurate in the determination of occlusal height in the single crown restoration of post teeth implantation,which has a wide application prospect.
