摘要 基于全球环境基金(GEF)上海市示范项目中新能源汽车和可再生能源融合发展8大类场景,分析了以产业园区、校园校区为应用场景的光储充微电网示范实践的技术方案、运营模式、运营效果等。实践证明,光储充微电网技术应用是使电动汽车与绿电融合发展的有效形式,可有效实现削峰填谷、增加区域内本地可再生能源的消纳,取得了较好的节能减排效果,是实现绿色低碳出行商业化推广应用的重要路径之一。 Based on the eight scenarios of the integrated development of new energy vehicles and renewable energy in the Global Environment Facility(GEF) Shanghai demonstration project, the technical scheme, operation mode and operation effect of the demonstration practice of optical storage and charging micro grid with industrial park and campus as application scenarios are analyzed. Practice has proved that the application of optical storage and charging micro grid technology is an effective form of integrating the development of electric vehicles and green electricity. It can effectively achieve peak shaving and valley filling, increase the consumption of local renewable energy in the region, and achieve better energy conservation and emission reduction effects. It is one of the important ways to achieve the promotion and application of green and low carbon travel commercialization.
