城市群空间结构发展及对碳排放的影响因素研究——以呼包鄂榆城市群为例

摘要 通过以往研究及文献总结对城市群空间结构进行划分,分别以产业、经济、人口、环境等四个方面来衡量城市群空间发展情况,以呼包鄂榆城市群为研究区域,构建空间结构水平指标体系,同时建立碳排放影响因素回归模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明,呼包鄂榆城市群的空间结构整体呈向上发展趋势,但其发展来源主要是城镇化及从城市基础设施建设的增长,其经济结构下降显著。城市群内部各城市发展不均衡,除呼和浩特外其他城市产业集聚没有形成技术创新效应,所以没有对碳排放形成有效的减降。回归模型所展示的城市群内部各城市碳排放影响因素系数的促进与抑制结果差异较大,反映出各城市之间发展阶段不同所面临碳治理的重点也不同。针对研究结果,对呼包鄂榆城市群的发展提出了建议。 Through previous research and literature summary, the city clusters spatial structure is divided, and the spatial development of city clusters is measured from four aspects: industry, economy, population, and environment. Taking Hubao and Eyu city clusters as the research area, the spatial structure level indicator system is constructed, and the regression model of carbon emission influencing factors is established for empirical analysis. The research results show that the spatial structure of Hubao Eyu city clusters has an overall upward trend, but its main source of development is urbanization and the growth of urban infrastructure construction,and its economic structure has declined significantly. The development of cities within the city clusters is not balanced. Industrial agglomeration in other cities except Hohhot has not formed technological innovation effect,so there is no effective reduction of carbon emissions. The regression model shows that the promotion and inhibition results of the carbon emission influencing factor coefficients of cities within the city clusters vary greatly,reflecting the different development stages of different cities and the different focus of carbon governance. According to the research results, suggestions are put forward for the development of Hubao Eyu city clusters.
