摘要
《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》中提出了将打造100个具有典型代表性的城市和园区开展碳达峰试点建设。园区作为企业经营管理的载体,管理者既承载着一定的管理职能,又承担着碳排放总量和强度控制的职责。碳达峰碳中和背景下,园区实现碳排放“双控”既需要依托企业,又要实现各个管理部门之间的合作,在一定程度上增加了园区的管理成本。因此,园区管理工作亟须数字化转型,以支撑全域范围的碳达峰碳中和工作。
Action Plan for Carbon Peaking before 2030 proposes to build 100 representative cities and parks to carry out carbon peaking pilot construction. As the carrier of enterprise operation and management, the park manager not only bears certain management functions, but also bears the responsibility of controlling the total amount and intensity of carbon emissions. Under the background of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,the park’s realization of "Double Control" of carbon emissions needs to rely on enterprises and achieve cooperation between various management departments, which increases the management cost of the park to a certain extent. Therefore, there is an urgent need for digital transformation in park management to support the work of peaking carbon neutrality in the whole area.
