秦岭北麓中段水环境生态修复实践研究

Practice of Ecological Restoration of Water Environment in Middle of Northern Foothills of Qinling Mountains

为进一步遏制秦岭北麓水生态恶化趋势,以提升水环境质量为核心,针对秦岭北麓中段河流水环境问题及农村黑臭水体问题现状,开展水环境生态修复实践探索。基于“尊重自然、柔性治水”的治理思路;以防洪保安为前提,针对秦岭北麓中段河流通过开展河道整治、水景观建设、堤岸绿化等河道综合整治建设,着力恢复与优化河流自然生态系统,实现河道生态修复治理目标。基于“截污治污”的整治思路;通过开展排水管网建设及污水处理设施建设,完成村内居民生活污水收集处理,实现黑臭水体清除目标。

In order to further curb the deterioration of water ecology in the northern foothills of Qinling Mountains,the practice and exploration of water environment ecological restoration were carried out by taking improvement of water environment quality as the core to study the water environment problems of rivers in the middle of the northern foothills of Qinling Mountains and the current situation of rural black and odorous water bodies.Based on the governance idea of“respecting nature and flexible water management”,this study takes flood prevention and security as the premise.In view of the river in the middle reaches of the northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains,through the comprehensive improvement of river channels such as river improvement,water landscape construction,and embankment greening,efforts are made to restore and optimize the natural ecosystem of the river,and to achieve the goal of ecological restoration and governance of the river.Based on the rectification idea of“intercepting and controlling pollution”,the collection and treatment of domestic sewage of residents in the village is completed through the construction of drainage pipe network and sewage treatment facilities,and the goal of removing black and odorous water bodies is achieved.
