摘要
当故障导致酸连轧机组5个机架不能同时正常运行时,为了快速恢复生产,提出了采用“甩机架”的生产模式,从工艺操作角度总结了“甩机架”模式投入前的生产准备和应用时的注意事项,并在1 850 mm酸连轧机组进行了实践应用。结果表明:通过审核轧制计划、调整乳化液浓度、优化轧制策略、严格控制各项工艺参数等,实现了在保证设备稳定运行和产品质量的前提下以4个机架的模式继续维持生产;对于极限规格、压下率在80%以上、屈服强度高于500 MPa的高强钢,4个机架无法保证轧制过程的稳定性,满足不了质量要求,因而不适合采用“甩机架”模式进行生产。“甩机架”生产模式的快速应用为设备故障处理争取了时间,降低了停机损失。
When five stands of PL-TCM can not operate properly at the same time due to some equipment failure, the production mode of “one stand out of service” was put forward in order to resume production quickly. The preparations and the precautions of “one stand out of service” mode during application were summarized from the perspective of process operation, and it has been practical applied in 1 850 mm PL-TCM. The results show that the mode of “one stand out of service” with four stands can be achieved by reviewing the rolling plan, adjusting the emulsion concentration, optimizing the rolling strategy, and strictly controlling various process parameters, under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the equipment and the product quality. For high-strength steel with limit specification, reduction rate of more than 80% and yield strength higher than 500 MPa, the mode of “one stand out of service” with four stands cannot guarantee the stability of rolling process and cannot meet the quality requirements, so it is not suitable to use the “one stand out of service” mode for production. The equipment downtime and downtime loss was reduced greatly by the rapid application of “one stand out of service” production mode.
