坯料尺寸对热轧H型钢生产的影响 被引量:1

Effect of billet size on hot rolled H-beam production

摘要 针对津西钢铁集团公司热轧H型钢产线加热炉能力不足以及粗轧道次时间较长,难以发挥精轧机组的生产能力的问题,采用不同坯料尺寸进行了生产探索。通过对比采用230 mm×350 mm方坯(F2坯料)和320 mm×410 mm方坯(F3坯料)时生产工艺参数、产品组织性能以及各项经济指标,得到如下结论:津西H型钢产线采用F2坯料可缩短加热时间,降低加热温度,降低精轧温度;采用F2坯料生产的H型钢具有更细的晶粒、更高的强度和良好的冲击韧性;采用F2坯料较F3坯料具有更好的经济指标。 In view of the insufficient capacity of the heating furnace in the hot rolled H-beam production line of Jinxi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and the long roughing pass rolling time, it is difficult to bring the production capacity of the finishing mill into full play. The production exploration was carried out with different billet sizes of 230 mm× 350 mm billet(F2billet) and 320 mm ×410 mm billet(F3billet). The production process parameters, microstructure and properties of products, and various economic indicators were contrasted. The conclusions were obtained as follows: using F2billet can reduce the heating time, the heating temperature and the finishing rolling temperature in Jinxi H-beam production line. H-beam produced with F2billet has finer grains, higher strength and good impact toughness. Better economic indexes were gotten of using F2billet than F3billet.
