摘要
新型电力系统构建的源网荷协调发展新生态,需要对新能源特性进行更深入的精细化研究和协同分析。提出适应电网发展的新能源出力特性及源荷特性分析方法,建立标准化新能源数据评估流程,实现源荷数据深度融合,适用于不同时间尺度下新型电力系统各类场景量化描述。最后以某地区风光荷实际数据为例进行分析,结果表明所提方法能有效评估电网中新能源出力特性和源荷特性,反映不同尺度下新能源出力规律性和分布特性,有助于开展新型电力系统下的电网规划和实际运行。
In the novel power systems,an integrated system of“source-network-load”is estabilshed,and a further analysis of the novel power system is usually needed.This paper proposes a novel method to analyze the output characteristics and source-load characteristics for new power systems.Firstly,a novel power data evaluation standars is established,and then a procedure for source and load data’s intergration is realized,so that it can describe the features of various scenarios precisely under different time scales.Experimental results on a realworld wind-photovoltaic-load charge system show that the proposed method can evaluate the novel power systems’characteristics effectively.Therefore,it can improve the performance of planning and actual operation in the novel power systems.
