摘要
由于可再生能源发电具有随机性和间歇性的特征,大规模可再生能源的接入给电网调度运行带来了诸多挑战。通过配置储能等主动应对措施来改善新能源的出力特性,从而接纳更多的新能源电力成为解决方案之一。然而,储能在新能源场站的应用存在运行模式不完善、经济收益模型不清晰和利用率低的问题。首先对风电场储能系统的运行模式进行了明确的分类;然后在优先确保本地电网稳定性的前提下实现整个系统的收益最大化目标,提出了风储协同控制系统的控制架构和控制策略;最后将风电场的实际运行数据导入基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真模型中,通过仿真验证了所提控制策略的可行性。
Due to the randomness and intermittence of renewable energy generation,the access of large-scale renewable energy has brought many challenges to the power grid dispatching operation.One of the solutions is to improve the output characteristics of new energy by taking active measures such as configure energy storage,so as to accept more new energy power.However,the application of energy storage in new energy stations has the problems of imperfect operation mode,unclear economic benefit model and low utilization rate.Firstly,this paper clearly classifies the operation modes of the wind farm energy storage system,and then puts forward the control architecture and control strategy of the wind storage collaborative control system based on the goal of maximizing the revenue of the whole system on the premise of giving priority to ensuring the stability of the local power grid.Finally,the actual operation data of the wind farm is imported into the simulation model based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the feasibility of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.
