储能用零电压双有源桥式DC-DC变换器控制策略研究

摘要 针对可再生能源并入电网运行的不稳定性问题,以带开关管电容的双有源全桥双向DC-DC变换器为主要研究对象,研究不同控制方式下变换器的特性。重点研究了典型双有源桥结构的变换器在单移相控制方式、扩展移相控制方式以及双重移相控制方式下的不同工作状态,对比各个控制方法下的开关管零电压导通条件与电流应力。通过仿真与实验对上述不同控制方式下的工作状态进行对比分析,扩展移相在保证ZVS的基础上减小了电流应力与开关损耗。 Aiming at the instability of renewable energy incorporated into the power grid,the dual active full bridge Bidirectional DC-DC converter with switch capacitor as the main research object is taken,and the characteristics of the converter under different control modes is studied.Focuses on the different working states of typical dual active bridge converter under single-phase-shift control mode,single side dual-phase-shifting control mode and double side dual-phase-shifting control mode.The zero voltage conduction condition and current stress of the switches under different control methods are compared.Through the simulation and experiment,the working state of the above different control methods is compared and analyzed,and the extended-phase-shifting reduces the current stress and switching loss on the basis of ensuring ZVS.
