山区35 kV配电台区简易设计技术及供电实践

摘要 根据因地制宜的分布式新能源发展理念,目前山区中的风光等新能源得到了进一步开发,然而并网与电能供应受目前配电台区规模不足的限制。由于山区变电站布点少,配电线路长,布置不合理,导致山区10 kV用户低电压现象较为突出。为了解决山区供电能力不足的问题,亟需配套坚强的配电网架支撑。针对偏远山区负荷分散、地理环境复杂、建设资金匮乏和运维成本较高的配电网运行现状,提出了简易的35 kV配电台区一二次供电模式,基于实际山区场景验证了简易台区各项指标。该方案在成本、配置和运行损耗等方面得到了有效提升,能够适应当下新型电力系统环境下的山区配电网建设。 According to the concept of distributed new energy development according to local conditions,new energy sources such as scenery in mountainous areas have been further developed.However,its grid connection and electric power supply are limited by the insufficient scale of current distribution station area.Due to the small number of substations in mountainous areas,long distribution lines and unreasonable arrangement,the phenomenon of low voltage for 10 kV users in mountainous areas is prominent.In order to solve the problem of insufficient power supply capacity in mountainous areas,it is urgent to support the supporting strong distribution network frame.In order to solve the problem of insufficient power supply capacity in mountainous areas,it is necessary to support a strong distribution network.In view of the current situation of distribution network operation with scattered loads,complex geographical environment,lack of construction funds and high operation and maintenance costs in remote mountainous areas,this paper proposes a simple 35 kV distribution station area with one or two power supply modes,and verifies the indicators of the simple station area based on actual mountainous scenes.The scheme is effectively improved in terms of cost,configuration and operation loss,and can be adapted to the construction of mountainous distribution networks under the current new power system environment.
