The grand strategic goals set by the vision provide direction for the strategic planning, while the strategic planning translates the vision into operable strategic steps and clearer paths for realization, and the phased and step-by-step strategic arrangement organically connects the two, so that the blueprint depicted in the vision has a clear roadmap and timetable to the end. Vision guidance and strategic planning cooperate with each other,have become an important way and a unique advantage of the CPC in governing the country, and one of the important reasons for the strength of the CPC’s leadership and its brilliant achievements.
