基于微波扰动的茶叶杀青机温湿双控仿真

摘要 温湿度是决定茶叶杀青品质的关键因素之一。针对茶叶杀青机,以微波扰动技术为基础,提出温湿双控方法。将杀青机封闭的中空腔室作为微波扰动的谐振腔,分析腔体谐振角频率相对变量的有关因子,控制杀青机湿度。输入误差与误差变化率实时数据至控制器,通过模糊处理与推理,以所得输出值控制杀青机温度。最后设定温湿度上限,采集实际数值,判定差值与理想阈值,合理操作红外加热管与排湿风扇,实现杀青机温湿双控。仿真研究中,以SIMULINK为仿真平台,检验温湿度双控效果与效率。经验证,上述方法控制精度较高,速度较快,且稳定性较好。 Humiture is one of the key factors to determine the green removing quality of tea.Based on microwave disturbance technology,a method of double-controlling temperature and humidity was proposed.At first,the closed hollow chamber of the green removing machine was used as the resonant chamber of microwave disturbance.Then,the factors related to the relative variables of the cavity resonant angular frequency were analyzed,and the humidity of the machine was controlled at the same time.Moreover,the real-time data of error and error variety rate were input to the controller.After the fuzzy processing and reasoning,the output value was used to control the temperature of the machine.Finally,the upper limit of temperature and humidity was set.Meanwhile,the actual value was collected to determine the difference and ideal threshold.On the premise of reasonably operating the infrared heating tube and the dehumidification fan,the dual control for the temperature and humidity of the green removing machine was realized.In this simulation,the SIMULINK platform was adopted to test the effect and efficiency of the dual control of temperature and humidity.Simulation results verify that the proposed method has high control precision and speed,as well as good stability.
