功能整合视角下的乡村公共服务设施配置策略研究

Research on Rural Public Service Facility Allocation Strategy from the Perspective of Function Integration

对乡村公共服务设施进行合理配置,是实现乡村振兴和乡村人居环境高质量发展的关键一环,在此背景下,衍生出关于公共服务设施合理配置的策略研究。文章基于功能整合视角,以河南省禹州市白沙村为样本,通过田野调查、数据分析、地图描点等方法,围绕“现状分析-整合依据-策略提出”的思路,提出了“分层级”“动态配置”以及“兼顾生活生产”的功能整合三大配置策略,以期对未来的乡村公共服务设施合理配置提供参考。

Reasonable allocation of rural public service facilities is a key link to achieve rural revitalization and high-quality development of rural living environment.In this context,strategic research on rational allocation of public service facilities is derived.Taking Baisha village,Yuzhou city,Henan Province,as a sample,this paper proposes three configuration strategies of functional integration,namely"hierarchical","dynamic configuration"and"taking into account life and production",based on field investigation,data analysis,map tracing and other methods,and centering on the idea of"status analysis-integration basis-strategy proposal".In order to provide reference for the future reasonable allocation of rural public service facilities.
