摘要
1+X证书是深化复合型技术技能人才培养培训模式的重要举措之一,X证书更是纾解了高职会计学生无证可考的局面。经过近三年的X证书试点,高职大数据与会计专业的育人成效显著。但在1+X证书的推进过程中,仍存在X证书的开发欠缺标准化和认可度、X证书培训与专业课程教学脱节、学生参与X证书考核的积极性不高等不同层面的问题。对此,建议国家出台相关鼓励政策,动员多元化评价组织联合开发规范性、标准化的X证书体系;建议高职院校构建书证融通的课程体系,并将X证书纳入学生的综合考评体系,从而提高X证书的规范性和影响力,真正发挥X证书制度的育人效果。
1+X certificate is one of the important measures to deepen the training mode of compound technical talents, and X certificate has saved the situation that accounting students in higher vocational colleges cannot take the examination without certificates. After nearly three years of X certificate pilot, the education of big data and accounting major in higher vocational education has achieved remarkable results. However, in the process of promoting the X certificate, there are still problems at different levels, such as the lack of standardization and recognition in the development of the X certificate, the disconnection between the X certificate training and the teaching of professional courses, and the low enthusiasm of students to participate in the X certificate examination. In this regard, it is suggested that the relevant national incentive policies should be adopted, jointly develop a standardized and standardized X certificate system;it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should build a course system integrating documentary evidence, and incorporate the X certificate into the comprehensive evaluation system of students, so as to improve the standardization and influence of the X certificate, so as to truly play the educational effect of the X certificate system.
