高校“公共组织学”课程思政教学设计与实践

摘要 “公共组织学”是高校公共管理类专业基础必修课之一,课程蕴含丰富的思政元素,具有重要育人功能,对于培养具有现代公共精神的公共组织人才具有重要意义。结合“公共组织学”课程思政建设实践,优化课程思政教学设计,秉持专业知识与思政精神有机融合的教学理念,充分挖掘课程内在的育人资源,采用多元组合式教学方法,使用贴近大学生话语体系的教学语言,不断完善课程思政教学流程,并注重对课程思政进行教学总结与反思。 Public Organization is one of the basic compulsory courses for public management majors in colleges and universities.The course contains rich ideological and political elements,it has an important educational function,and is of great significance for training public organization talents with modern public spirit.Based on the practice of ideological and political construction of the Public Organization course,combined with the practice of ideological and political construction of Public Organization course,further optimize the ideological and political teaching design of the course,adhere to the teaching concept of organic integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political spirit,fully tap the internal educational resources of the course,adopt multiple combination teaching methods,use teaching language close to the discourse system of college students,constantly improve the ideological and political teaching process of the course,and focus on teaching summary and reflection on the ideological and political curriculum.
