当前,高职思政课教学仍然存在师生互动性不佳、学生课堂“参与率”不理想、教学实效性有待进一步提升的问题。基于“主体间性”理念和建构主义理论,以新时代高校思政课改革创新精神为指导的“双主体”教学模式,立足于思政课的教学要求和高职教育的人才培养需要,贯彻“以学生为本”的教育观,通过问题导向,任务驱动,充分调动教师与学生在教学活动中的主观能动性,通过课堂内外、线上线下全程营造民主和谐的育人氛围,促进了师生教学相长、协同发展。
