我国城市应急语言标识标语建设:必要性、现状及路径

Building Emergency Language Signs and Slogans in Chinese Cities:Necessity,Status Quo and Path

突发公共卫生、自然灾害等紧急事件已成为国际社会面临的最突出的挑战。应急语言标识标语是已知解决城市不同语种人群间沟通问题的有效途径之一,但国内目前少有研究涉及。本研究讨论了应急语言标识标语建设的现实迫切性,主张调研我国城市应急语言标识标语需求,精准研判应急语言标识标语建设规划,通过制订应急语言标识标语建设规范标准和建立应急语言标识标语建设联动机制来推动和完善我国城市应急语言标识标语建设。

Abrupt public health crises and natural disasters have emerged as the biggest issues facing the global society.One of the known efficient methods for resolving communication issues among different language groups in cities is to use emergency language signs and slogans,but few research has been done in China yet.The importance of building emergency language signs and slogans is discussed in this study,along with the necessity of accurately researching emergency language signs and slogans construction plans,and accurately researching demand for emergency language signs and slogans in Chinese cities.This study also suggests that the language signs and slogans should be constructed in Chinese cities through the development of construction standards and the creation of a linkage system for emergency language signs and slogans construction.
