摘要
随着新时代国际中文教育事业不断向前发展推进,探索中国高校国际中文教育办学主体作用已成为中国高等教育国际化发展的内在需求。本文通对中国高校国际中文教育和孔子学院管理体系进行问卷调查与梳理,总结当前中国高校在国际中文教育和孔子学院转型发展时存在的问题,提出提升中国高校国际中文教育办学主体作用的政策建议,为中国高校构建国际中文教育管理体系,科学制定孔子学院管理方案,顺利实现国际中文教育的转型、创新和高质量发展提供参考。
With the continuous development of international Chinese education in the new era,investigating the principal role of Chinese universities in international Chinese education has become the internal demand for the internationalization of Chinese higher education.By conducting a questionnaire survey on international Chinese education in Chinese universities and sorting out the management system of Confucius Institutes,this paper summarizes the emerging problems in international Chinese education in Chinese universities and in the transformation and development of Confucius Institutes.The paper puts forward policy suggestions to enhance the principal role of Chinese universities in international Chinese education.This research sheds light on the development of an international Chinese education management system for Chinese universities and a management plan for Confucius Institutes.It also provides reference for the smooth transformation,innovation and high-quality development of international Chinese education.
