高抗南方锈病玉米自交系浚M9的选育与应用 被引量:5

Breeding and Utilization of Maize Inbred Line Xun M9 with High Resistance to Southern Maize Rust

摘要 浚M9是以国外玉米杂交种M119为基础材料,经河南、贵州、海南三地连续自交7代、再用姊妹系间杂交、然后自交选育而成的优良玉米自交系,属于塘四平头类种质,具有耐高温、综合抗病性强、配合力高等优点。以浚M9为基础材料,构建出1个配合力高、高抗南方锈病的父本群体。利用浚M9及其改良系选育出浚单509、浚单3136、永优618、浚单996等多个国审、省审玉米品种。审定品种适应性广,其中,浚单509顺利通过国审并被5个省份审定或引种,浚单3136被8个省份审定或引种。 Elite maize inbred line Xun M9 was bred by using foreign maize hybrid M119 as basis material,sev⁃en generations of continuous inbreeding in Henan,Guizhou and Hainan provinces of China,hybridization between two sister lines again,and then self-bred to produce a superior maize inbred line.Xun M9 belonged to“TangSiPing⁃Tou”heterosis group,and had the advantages of high temperature resistance,great comprehensive disease resis⁃tance,high combining ability,and so on.With maize inbred line Xun M9,a parent population with high compatibili⁃ty and high resistance to southern rust was constructed.Directly using Xun M9 and its improved inbred lines as par⁃ents,many excellent maize hybrids had been bred which were approved by the provincial and national test,such as Xundan509,Xundan3136,Yongyou618,Xundan996.The varieties had the characteristic of wide adaptability,and among them,Xundan 509 had been approved by a national test and approved or introduced by five provinces,Xun⁃dan 3136 had been approved or introduced by eight provinces.
