摘要
目的 了解2017年-2021年太原市小店区公共场所用品的卫生状况,为加强公共场所用品微生物检测与管理提供依据。方法 对2017年-2021年太原市小店区公共场所用品进行微生物检测。结果 共检测公共场所168个,共采样1 823份,样品平均合格率为94.5%,2017年-2021年样品合格率分别为90.3%、91.3%、94.2%、98.6%和97.9%,不同年份之间微生物的检测结果差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.049,P=0.000)。菌群检测结果显示,2017年-2021年样品的菌群总数、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的平均合格率分别为91.4%、92.2%和94.1%,3者之间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.286,P=0.006)。4类公共场所中,合格率最高的为旅店业,最低的为美容美发业(99.1%和89.1%),不同场所间微生物检测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=35.442,P=0.000)。结论 太原市小店区公共场所的卫生状况总体良好,公共场所从业人员的职业卫生培训值得重视。
Objective This paper aims to understand the hygienic status of supplies in public places in Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City from 2017 to 2021, so as to provide basis for strengthening the microbial detection and management of supplies in public places. Methods Microbial detection and analysis were carried out on supplies in public places in Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City from 2017 to 2021. Results A total of 168 public places were tested and a total of 1 823 samples were sampled. The average passing rate of the samples was 94.5%. The passing rates of the samples from 2017 to 2021 were 90.3%, 91.3%, 94.2%, 98.6% and 97.9% respectively, the difference of microbial detection results between different years was statistically significant(χ^(2)=27.049, P=0.000). The results of the flora test showed that the total bacterial flora, the average pass rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the samples from 2017 to 2021 were 91.4%, 92.2% and 94.1%, respectively, and the differences between the three were statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.286, P=0.006). Among the four types of public places, the hotel industry had the highest pass rate, and the hairdressing industry had the lowest(99.1% and 89.1%). There was statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate of microbial testing among different sites(χ^(2)=35.442, P=0.000). Conclusion The health status of public places in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City is generally good, and the occupational hygiene training of employees in public places deserves attention.
