摘要
恶性肿瘤在我国发病率逐年升高,手术及放化疗作为主要抗肿瘤手段,对一部分肿瘤治疗效果不佳。中医药因具有良好的抗肿瘤或辅助抗肿瘤作用,逐渐受到相关从业者的重视。代谢组学以全部的代谢物质为研究对象,对中药多组分、多靶点协同整合机制的研究具有重要意义。本文介绍了代谢组学的概念及研究方法,重点总结了近年来代谢组学在中药抗肿瘤方面的应用成果,为中药的研发提供理论依据。
The incidence of malignant tumors in China is increasing year by year,and the effects of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotheraphy,as main means in the treatment of tumors,on some tumors are not good.Traditional Chinese medicine has gradually attracted more attention from relevant practitioners because of its good anti-tumor or adjuvant anti-tumor effect.Metabolomics studies focus on all metabolic substances,which is of great significance to the study of multi-component and multi-target cooperative integration mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper introduces the concept and research methods of metabonomics,and mainly summarizes the application achievements of metabonomics in TCM anti-tumor in recent years,which provides a strong theoretical basis for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
