摘要
海外大型基础设施项目建设广泛采用EPC总承包模式。论文选取采用EPC总承包模式且成功实施的亚吉铁路作为项目案例,对其项目管理实施过程中遇到的难点和应对措施进行分析和研究。
EPC general contract mode is widely adopted in overseas infrastructure projects.In this paper,the Addis Ababa to Djibouti Railway project,which adopts EPC general contract mode and has been successfully implemented,is selected as a project case to analyze and study the difficulties encountered in the implementation of its project management and countermeasures.
