摘要
基于某幼儿园安全改造项目,采用高强度Ⅰ级碳纤维布对楼板、梁进行加固处理,并通过开展QC小组活动对其施工过程开展质量控制,针对碳纤维布粘贴施工合格率低的3个因素,遵循5W1H原则制定了对策,通过减少施工工序之间的间歇时间、改变黏胶涂抹工具和精准计算用胶涂抹量,最终将碳纤维布粘贴施工一次合格率提高到96%,提高了项目后期楼地板施工一次性合格率。
Based on the safety reconstruction project of a kindergarten,the paper adopts high-strength Grade I carbon fiber cloth to reinforce the floor and beam,and uses QC method to carry out quality control in the construction process.The paper formulates countermeasures according to the 5W1H principle for three factors that cause the low sticking qualification rate of carbon fiber cloth By changing the glue application tools and accurately calculating the glue application amount,the one-time qualification rate of carbon fiber cloth bonding construction was finally increased to 96%,which improved the one-time qualification rate of floor construction in the later stage of the project.
