摘要
目前,全国大部分城市轨道项目发包方式均采用一种类似概算总价包干的形式,论文基于这种发包形式对项目经营管理进行分析,探讨基于该模式下项目经营过程中需要重点关注的地方,使项目经营生产过程中能够避免一些不必要的浪费,提前筹划,稳步推进项目实施,实现项目最终经营目标。
At present,most of the urban rail projects in China adopt a form of contracting similar to the budget estimate total price.Based on this form of contracting,this paper analyzes the project operation and management,and discusses the places that need to be focused on in the project operation and production process based on this mode,so as to avoid some unnecessary waste in the project operation and production process,plan in advance and steadily promote the project implementation,achieve the final business objectives of the project.
