公路施工企业科技成果转化现状及对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Highway Construction Enterprises

基于甘肃某国有大型公路施工企业科技成果转化现状和特点,根据典型案例的实践,分析了制约公路施工企业科技成果转化因素,提出了以技术需求为导向的项目立项原则、完善科技成果评价体系、设立科技成果概念验证资金、建设新型研发机构性质的产业研究院来实现科技成果转化,达到促进传统公路施工企业创新驱动发展和产业升级的目标。

Based on the current situation and characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of a large state-owned highway construction enterprise in Gansu Province, and according to the practice of typical cases, this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of highway construction enterprises, and puts forward the principles of project approval guided by technical needs, improving the evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements,establishing funds for the conceptual verification of scientific and technological achievements, and building an industrial research institute with the nature of new research and development institutions to realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, so as to achieve the goal of promoting the innovation driven development and industrial upgrading of traditional highway construction enterprises.
